We do not accept international orders.
Substitution
In some instances, the florist's photo may represent an overall theme or look, which may include a one-of-a-kind vase that cannot be replicated exactly. Weather, seasonality or market conditions can affect the availability of certain flowers, greenery, or containers. If this is the case with the arrangement or gift that you selected, the florist will ensure that the style, theme, and color scheme is preserved. We will only substitute items of equal or higher value. It may not be exactly as what is pictured, but the temperament will.
DeliveryA local (Acadiana Area) delivery charge of $10.00 will be added to orders, for each address automatically at checkout. For deliveries outside of our local delivery area, this charge will vary. We deliver to: St. Martinville, ($10.00), Broussard ($10.00), Cade ($10.00), Coteau ($10.00), New Iberia ($10.00), Breaux Bridge ($15.00), Youngsville ($10.00), Lafayette ($10.00), Carencro ($15.00), Scott ($15.00), Jeanerette ($15.00), Judice ($15.00), and Maurice ($15.00). For all other towns in the Acadiana area, please call the studio @ (337)342-5426.
Orders must be received before 12:00 pm, Monday through Friday to insure a same day delivery.
*To help insure on-time delivery during the busy holiday season, kindly place your order at least 2 day (48 hours) prior for the following major holidays:
Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, New Year's Eve, Valentine's Day, Easter, Mother's Day, Memorial Day, Father's Day, and Labor Day.
WE DO NO GUARANTEE SPECIFIC TIMED DELIVERIES.
We deliver to all the hospitals, healthcare facilities, funeral homes, schools, churches and senior care facilities.
WE DO NOT DELIVER TO CEMETERIES.
We are unable to deliver on Sundays or major holidays. Deliveries will be delivered the following business day.
Returns
All sales are final. No returns. Only a replacement or exchange of damaged, incorrect or missing items will be issued.
We reserve the right to deny any replacement or exchange if it fails to meet our criteria.
Replacement/Exchange of Damaged, Missing or Incorrect Items-You have up to 5 days to contact us about any damaged, incorrect or missing items. *The customer is responsible for inspecting and counting merchandise at the time of delivery.*
-If the item is damaged or incorrect, an image of the item must be sent to: blackberryhavenflorals@yahoo.com for review.
Customer Service will contact you with further instructions.
Once the image is reviewed and approved, a replacement will be re-delivered or shipped at no additional charge. If a replacement is not desired, a different product of equal or lesser value may be delivered or shipped as an exchange.
